How can I track my order?


You will receive tracking information via email once your purchase has been dispatched. 

 

If you haven’t received your tracking information email within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, please contact our customer support at emma@linyard.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll assist you further.

What size should I buy?


Please refer to our size guide for each item for measurements. We will specify in the product description if a product should be sized up or down for a variation in fit. Please note that due to each item being hand made there can be +-2cm variations in the measurements given in our size guide.

How should I care for my linen?

 

To maintain the quality and longevity of your linen, we recommend the following: 

 

Washing:

    •    Machine Wash or Hand Wash: you can either machine wash linen on a gentle cycle with like colors or hand wash for best results.
    •    Water Temperature: Use cold or lukewarm water to help preserve the fabric’s color and prevent shrinkage.
    •    Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals as they can weaken the fibers.
 

Drying:

    •    Air Dry: Hang your linen clothing to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight as it can fade the fabric.
    •    Tumble Dry: If using a dryer, use a low heat setting and remove the clothing while slightly damp to minimize wrinkles.
 

Ironing:

    •    Steam Iron: Linen can be ironed while damp using a steam iron on the linen setting. This helps to achieve a crisp finish.
    •    Temperature: Set your iron to the linen or medium-high temperature setting. Always iron on the reverse side when possible to prevent shine.

I want to exchange, but the item is sold out

 

If you are returning an item for exchange with something out of stock, please allow an 8-week lead time for our restock. We apologise for any inconvenience. This is the fastest our small factory can handmake our products. 

My item is faulty

Faulty Item Policy

 

We are sorry to hear your item is faulty! Please follow these instructions to exchange your item so we can arrange for a new order to be sent.
 

1. Report
- Please report any faults or defects in your item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Contact our customer support team at emma@linyard.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

 

2. Verify
- Our team will review your claim to verify the fault or defect.
- Once verified, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

 

3. Exchange 
- We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- If the exact item is not available, we will offer a comparable alternative or issue a refund, according to your preference.

 

4. Return of Faulty Item
- We may require the faulty item to be returned to us. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
- Please return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

 

5. Refund Policy
- If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will process the refund once we receive the returned faulty item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within **7-10 business days**.

 

6. Exceptions
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale are not eligible for exchange unless they are faulty.olof
